Hi! My name is Ewa Borowska. I am a cinematographer with extensive experience in 2D and 3D animation. Based in Warsaw, Poland, I work as a Video Art Director, creating multimedia exhibitions.
I studied cinematography at the Lodz Film School and Media Art at both the Polish-Japanese Academy and the Academy of Fine Arts in Warsaw. This diverse educational background has equipped me with a unique blend of technical and artistic skills.
I have had the opportunity to work with prestigious cultural institutions, including the National Library of Poland and the Grunwald Museum. My projects have ranged from art directing to producing intricate animations for clients such as This Whites, Clos Brothers, and AV Group.
For over four years, I have been collaborating with theatrical directors, integrating multimedia elements and managing live camera operations for theater performances in Lodz and Warsaw. This work has allowed me to merge my passion for visual storytelling with live performance art.
On film sets, I have taken on various roles such as gaffer, camera operator, and director. My involvement in numerous short film projects has deepened my understanding of the filmmaking process and honed my ability to adapt to different production environments.
I am driven by a fascination with combining traditional and contemporary techniques, particularly in areas like virtual set design and the game industry. I am excited to continue exploring these innovative fields in my future projects.
